490 Boundary St Spring Hill

Working with Shane Thompson, Architect, the building was a hybrid of design and significant site constraints to construct a tower in the rear yard of a Heritage listed property in Spring Sill, consisting of 2 Basement floors and a 6 Storey tower and Full refurbishment of the Heritage property in the front of the property.

The building, once completed, achieved Runner-Up in the World Architecture Awards Berlin 2018 for completed projects “Pioneering in the international Design Sphere”.
