This project was a unique design to allow for duplex living for participants with a shared carers room. The construction was a concrete filled Dincel wall panels and timber trusses. Full services including solar, fully ducted airconditioning, battery backup for some circuits in case of power failure and robust construction to limit damage and harm for the occupants.
