The town homes 4 bed, 3 Bathroom with panoramic city views. The contract was to build a complete podium deck with a combination of timber and concrete bondek slabs and Finish and out a Triplex for sales display and complete the structure and Watertight on the balance of units while sales were achieved. A very challenging Project as it was an overland flow area, had a tree protection order and also building over stormwater issues.
